Check-In and Check-Out
Cottages and BlancoBreeze: 4:00 PM. RV sites: 2:00 PM. Your door code or site number will be in your booking confirmation email.
Cottages and BlancoBreeze: 11:00 AM. RV sites: 12:00 noon.
Sometimes, depending on the booking calendar. Send us a message through the contact page and we will do our best to work it out.
Each accommodation has a keypad entry. Your unique door code is included in your booking confirmation email. No key pickup needed.
Pet Policy
Yes. Pets are welcome in the cottages and BlancoBreeze. There is a $50 per pet non-refundable fee, a 35-pound weight limit, and a maximum of two pets per reservation. Pets must be arranged before arrival.
No. There is no pet fee for RV site guests.
Yes. There is a fenced dog run on the Wayside side of the property. Dogs must be supervised at all times.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before arrival for a full refund. Cancel 7 or more days before arrival for a 50% refund. Cancellations after that are non-refundable.

Fire Rules and Safety
Fire pits are available at select sites. All fires must follow current burn restrictions for Hays County. Check with us before your arrival for the latest status.
No. Fireworks, BB guns, and firearms are prohibited on all Wayside property.
10:00 PM to 8:00 AM across the entire property. We keep it peaceful for everyone.
What to Bring
Yes. All bed linens, pillows, and bath towels are provided in the cottages and BlancoBreeze.
Yes. Pool towels are provided for all guests.
Each cottage and BlancoBreeze has a washer and dryer with detergent provided. RV sites do not have laundry facilities.
No. Paddles and balls are provided at the court. First come, first served.
